I originally bought the medium, but found it uncomfortable. Then I discovered they do a large version of the Bird Cage and I was delighted! It is so much nicer to wear when you are a bigger gentleman like me, I love how easy it is to keep myself clean and relieved, and although some may find it a little too heavy and bulky for using all the time I really love it!
